  FLASH FLOODING FROM A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDING FROM
  ANACOCO THROUGH LEESVILLE AND ACROSS FORT POLK. THIS LINE OF
  THUNDERSTORMS WAS NEARLY STATIONARY.
