  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF NORTH PLATTE

* AT 659 PM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING NICKEL SIZE HAIL.  THIS
  STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR NORTH PLATTE...AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 10
