SOUTHEASTERN LINCOLN COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA * UNTIL 845 PM CDT * AT 547 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED FLASH FLOODING FROM A LARGE CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE WARNED AREA. * LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO MAXWELL AND BRADY. EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...AS WELL AS FARMLAND ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.
