NORTHERN MADISON COUNTY IN CENTRAL INDIANA TIPTON COUNTY IN CENTRAL INDIANA NORTHERN DELAWARE COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL INDIANA * UNTIL 115 AM EST * AT 1014 PM EST...TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED WATER FLOWING ACROSS THE ROADWAYS IN NORTHERN MADISON COUNTY. DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN INCH TO AN INCH AN A QUARTER HAS FALLEN ACROSS MUCH OF THE WARNED AREA SINCE 7 PM...AND THE THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH MIDNIGHT. * LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO WINDFALL...
