* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  RANDOLPH COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL INDIANA

* UNTIL 645 PM EST

* AT 340 PM EST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  FLASH FLOODING FROM A THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WARNED AREA.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
  WINCHESTER...UNION CITY...SARATOGA AND FARMLAND.

THUNDERSTORMS WILL PRODUCE RAINFALL AMOUNTS UP TO TWO INCHES IN A 
SHORT PERIOD OF TIME...WHICH WILL LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE

COUNTY...

AT 435 PM...RADAR INDICATED THAT THE HEAVY RAIN HAS EXITED THE 
AREA...ALTHOUGH MODERATE RAIN WAS STILL FALLING OVER THE EASTERN 
PARTS OF RANDOLPH COUNTY. THIS RAIN SHOULD END BY 530 PM.

DOPPLER RADAR HAS ESTIMATED UP TO TWO AND A HALF INCHES OF RAIN HAS 
FALLEN OVER PARTS OF NORTHERN RANDOLPH COUNTY. ALTHOUGH THE RAIN HAS 
TAPERED OFF...BE ALERT TO RESIDUAL FLOODING OR STANDING WATER.
