* AT 931 PM EST...TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED FLASH FLOODING
  FROM A THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WARNED AREA.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO GASTON...
  EATON AND ALBANY.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
