THUNDERSTORMS HAVE CONTINUED TO PRODUCE HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS NORTHEAST MADISON AND NORTHWEST DELAWARE COUNTY. RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATE TWO TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN SINCE 400 PM EST. STREET FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED IN ALBANY AND EATON IN NORTHERN DELAWARE COUNTY. STRONG AND EDGEWATER ROADS HAVE BEEN CLOSED DUE TO HIGH WATER.
