  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF WISCONSIN RAPIDS

* UNTIL 900 PM CDT

* AT 815 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
  CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO NEAR PITTSVILLE...OR ABOUT 17 
  MILES WEST OF WISCONSIN RAPIDS...MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH.  A 
  ROTATING WALL CLOUD WAS OBSERVED WITH THIS STORM WEST OF 
  DEXTERVILLE AT 812 PM CDT.   

* THE TORNADO WILL BE NEAR...
  WISCONSIN RAPIDS BY 840 PM...
