* AT 531 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
  CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO NEAR WAUPACA...MOVING NORTHEAST AT
  45 MPH.

* THE TORNADO WILL BE NEAR...
  CLINTONVILLE BY 600 PM...

IN ADDITION TO THE TORNADO...THIS STORM IS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING
WIDESPREAD DAMAGING WINDS.
