VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM THUNDERSTORMS ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 13
MILES WEST OF ARGYLE TO 2 MILES NORTH OF NEWFOLDEN TO 11 MILES
SOUTHEAST OF GATZKE...OR ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 15 MILES
SOUTHEAST OF GRAFTON TO 20 MILES NORTH OF THIEF RIVER FALLS TO 28
