* UNTIL 500 AM CDT

* AT 549 PM CDT...WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM
  THUNDERSTORMS ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM NEAR BLABON TO 4 MILES
  SOUTHWEST OF SIBLEY...OR ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 36 MILES NORTH
  OF VALLEY CITY TO 17 MILES NORTH OF VALLEY CITY. THE STORMS     
PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN WERE MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

BARNES AND SOUTHERN STEELE COUNTIES...

AT 920 PM CDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED A BRIDGE 
OUT 3 MILES SOUTH OF FINLEY AND ANOTHER 4 MILES SOUTHEAST OF 
FINLEY.  LAW ENFORCEMENT ALSO REPORTED WATER OVER STATE HIGHWAY 32 6 
MILES SOUTH OF FINLEY. THE STORMS THAT PRODUCED THE HEAVY RAINFALL 
HAVE DISSIPATED BUT EXCESS WATER OVER SATURATED GROUND REMAINS A 
THREAT.
