  JACKSON COUNTY IN NORTHEAST GEORGIA

* UNTIL 1145 PM EDT

* AT 1107 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO
  IN NORTHERN BARROW COUNTY...ABOUT 7 MILES SOUTH OF ARCADE.
  THE PUBLIC HAS REPORTED A POSSIBLE TORNADO WITH THIS STORM
  IN WINDER AND DAMAGE HAS BEEN REPORTED TO STRUCTURES IN THIS
  AREA.  THE STORM IS MOVING NORTH AT 25 MPH.
