THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PEACHTREE CITY HAS ISSUED A

* SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR...
  EASTERN GILMER COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL GEORGIA

* UNTIL MIDNIGHT EST

* AT 1135 PM EST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DESTRUCTIVE WINDS IN
  EXCESS OF 70 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR MARION...AND
  MOVING NORTHEAST AT 50 MPH.  THE DAMAGE WILL LIKELY BE CONFINED TO
  ELEVATIONS ABOVE 2000 FEET IN GILMER COUNTY.
