THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PEACHTREE CITY HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WHITFIELD COUNTY IN NORTHWEST GEORGIA

* UNTIL 530 PM EDT

* AT 226 PM EDT...FLASH FLOODING WAS REPORTED FROM A THUNDERSTORM   
NEAR TILTON...OR ABOUT 6 MILES SOUTHEAST OF DALTON.   THE STORM   
PRODUCING FLASH FLOODING WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 5 MPH.  THE BASINS 
OF DROWNING BEAR CREEK AND LITTLE CREEK WILL BE MOST AFFECTED BY 
THIS HEAVY RAIN.  PERSONS ALONG OR NEAR DROWNING BEAR CREEK IN 
WHITFIELD COUNTY SHOULD TAKE NECESSARY ACTIONS IMMEDIATELY.
