* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR PROCTOR CREEK IN...
  FULTON COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL GEORGIA

* UNTIL 900 PM EDT

* NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SEVERAL INCHES OF
  RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER PROCTOR CREEK IN THE LAST FEW HOURS.

* FOR THE PROCTOR CREEK NEAR ATLANTA...
   MINOR FLOODING IS FORECAST.
  THE LATEST STAGE WAS 10.1 FEET AT 7 PM SUNDAY.
  FLOOD STAGE IS 11.0 FEET.
   THE FORECAST FOR THE PROCTOR CREEK NEAR ATLANTA... 
      THE CREEK WILL CREST NEAR 11.0 FEET AROUND 8 PM SUNDAY.
      THE CREEK WILL FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE AROUND 9 PM SUNDAY.
