* AT 1231 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS FROM EL INDIO TO 
  BRACKETTVILLE TO 15 MILES NORTHWEST OF BRACKETTVILLE. RAINFALL
  RATES OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR WERE NOTED.

VERY HEAVY RAIN MOVING SOUTH OUT OF MAVERICK COUNTY. ONLY LIGHT TO 
OCCASIONALLY MODERATE RAINFALL IS EXPECTED. THE THREAT FOR 
ADDITIONAL FLASH FLOODING HAS ENDED AND AS A RESULT...THE FLASH
