GILLESPIE * UNTIL 915 PM CDT * AT 703 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN FROM THUNDERSTORMS OVER GILLESPIE COUNTY FROM HARPER TO STONEWALL. THE STORMS WERE SHOWING VERY LITTLE MOVEMENT. * LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE WILLOW CITY...HARPER AND FREDERICKSBURG. BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE DANGERS OF FLOODING. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND. DO NOT STAY IN FLOOD PRONE AREAS.
