* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  KERR

* UNTIL 630 PM CDT

* AT 327 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM A THUNDERSTORM OVER WEST CENTRAL KERR COUNTY.
  THIS STORM WAS MOVING TO THE EAST VERY SLOWLY. 2 TO 4 INCHES OF 
  RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE UPPER GUADALUPE WATER SHED SO FAR THIS
  AFTERNOON. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL IS EXPECTED.
