VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM NUMEROUS THUNDERSTORMS TRAINING ACROSS THE
WARNED AREA. INDIVIDUAL STORM MOVENT IS GENERALLY EAST AT LESS
THAN 15 MPH FOR MANY OF THESE STORMS...AND THIS WILL RESULT IN
LOCALLY HEAVY RAINS OF 2 TO 4 INCHES.
