VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM A THUNDERSTORM 8 MILES SOUTHWEST OF KERRVILLE
STATE PARK...OR ABOUT 8 MILES SOUTHWEST OF KERRVILLE...MOVING
SOUTHEAST AT 5 MPH.
THIS THUNDERSTORM HAS LIKELY PRODUCED RAINFALL AMOUNTS IN EXCESS OF
2 INCHES NEAR HIGHWAY 16 SOUTH OF KERRVILLE. HEAVY RAINS AND FLASH
