THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN EL PASO HAS ISSUED A

* SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHERN HUDSPETH COUNTY IN TEXAS
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF SIERRA BLANCA

* UNTIL 330 PM MDT

* AT 229 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING NICKEL SIZE HAIL...AND   
DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS MOVING ACROSS 
INTERSTATE 10 INTO THE SIERRA BLANCA VICINITY.

THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM WHICH MAY ALSO PRODUCE HEAVY RAINS AND 
POSSIBLE FLOODING. PERSONS IN THE PATH OF THE STORM SHOULD TAKE 
SHELTER IN A STRONG BUILDING.
