* AT 354 PM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THIS DANGEROUS
  STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR STUART...OR 37 MILES WEST OF DES MOINES...
  AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH.
