COUNTY FOR THE REST OF THE AFTERNOON...

.A LARGE DIFFERENCE IN PRESSURE WILL CONTINUE OVER SOUTHEAST
WYOMING THIS AFTERNOON. THE PRESSURE DIFFERENCE WILL PRODUCE
VERY STRONG WEST WINDS FROM DOUGLAS TO CHEYENNE UNTIL 5 PM.

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHEYENNE HAS ISSUED A HIGH WIND
WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM MST THIS AFTERNOON. 

WEST WINDS UNTIL 5 PM OVER THE WARNING AREA WILL BE BETWEEN 
30 AND 40 MPH IN THE LOWER ELEVATIONS AND 40 TO 50 MPH IN THE
LARAMIE RANGE. WIND GUSTS FOR THE REST OF THE AFTERNOON WILL BE
UP TO 60 MPH IN THE LOWER ELEVFATIONS AND 70 MPH IN THE 
MOUNTAINS. THE WINDS WILL SUBSIDE AFTER SUNSET.

A HIGH WIND WARNING MEANS A HAZARDOUS HIGH WIND EVENT IS EXPECTED
OR OCCURRING. SUSTAINED WIND SPEEDS OF AT LEAST 40 MPH OR GUSTS
OF 58 MPH OR MORE CAN LEAD TO PROPERTY DAMAGE.
