OF FLOODING HAVE BEEN RECEIVED...THEREFORE THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING 
HAS BEEN ALLOWED TO EXPIRE.  SOME LOCALIZED PONDING OF WATER WILL 
STILL BE POSSIBLE SO REMAIN CAUTIOUS IF DRIVING IN SOUTHERN GOSHEN
