SOMERSET COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA * UNTIL 745 PM EDT * AT 130 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM NEARLY STATIONARY THUNDERSTORMS OVER SOMERSET COUNTY. RADAR INDICATES THAT 2.5 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN WEST OF CASSELMAN IN SOMERSET COUNTY IN THE LAST HOUR. ANOTHER AREA OF HEAVY RAIN WAS INDICATED BY RADAR SOUTH OF BOSWELL. THESE RAINFALL RATES WILL CAUSE PROBLEMS ON ROADS AND COULD CAUSE SMALL STREAMS AND CREEKS TO COME OUT OF THERE BANKS. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
