* AT 652 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO NEAR 5 MILES 
NORTHWEST OF PREMONT...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH.
