THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA.

SOUTHEAST SIDE OF THE CITY OF VICTORIA.
* SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE
