THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  STARK COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OHIO
  WAYNE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OHIO

* UNTIL 615 PM EDT

* AT 312 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF         
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN EXTENDING FROM SMITHVILLE EAST  
  TO LOUISVILLE. THESE STORMS WERE SLOWLY MOVING EAST AT 10 MPH.    
  RADAR INDICATED THAT UP TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE PAST 
  HOUR IN AN AREA BETWEEN ORRVILLE AND CANTON...AND ANOTHER 1 TO 3   
  INCHES IS POSSIBLE OVER THE NEXT 3 HOURS. THIS WILL CAUSE FLOODING 
  OF ROADWAYS...AND FLASH FLOODING OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.

* AREAS AFFECTED BY FLOODING ARE...
  ORRVILLE...
  MASSILLON...
  CANTON...
  EAST CANTON...
  DALTON...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THESE STORMS WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY
ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER
LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
