* AT 553 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
VERY HEAVY RAINFALL CAPABLE OF PRODUCING FLASH FLOODING IN THE WARNED
AREA. RADAR INDICATES 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN SINCE 500 PM 
WITH UP TO ANOTHER 1 INCH POSSIBLE OVER THE NEXT HOUR.
