* UNTIL 400 PM EST

* AT 312 PM EST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS
  OF 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR GENESEO...AND WAS MOVING
  NORTHEAST AT 65 MPH.

* THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT...
  RURAL LIVINGSTON COUNTY.
