  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS
  OF 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR BOLIVAR...OR ABOUT 10 MILES
  EAST OF OLEAN...AND WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH.
