  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED OVER EXTREME
  NORTHEASTERN LEWIS COUNTY...OR ABOUT 28 MILES EAST OF FORT DRUM...
  AND WAS MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH.
