  SEVERAL ROADS BEING CLOSED INCLUDING PURCHASE STREET AND COGGESHALL
  STREET. THE NEW BEDFORD AIRPORT AUTOMATED OBSERVING SYSTEM         
  REPORTED OVER 4 INCHES OF RAINFALL IN THE PAST 6 HOURS. HEAVY      
  RAINFALL OF 2 TO 4 INCHES HAS ALSO FALLEN OVER OTHER PORTIONS OF   
  SOUTHERN BRISTOL AND PLYMOUTH COUNTIES IN MASSACHUSETTS.
