* AT 1250 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO OVER CENTRAL
  ADAMS COUNTY...OR ABOUT 23 MILES NORTHEAST OF DENVER. THIS STORM
  WAS MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH.
