* AT 635 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A 
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH A POSSIBLE TORNADO 5 MILES SOUTH OF       
  WESTPLAINS...OR ABOUT 19 MILES NORTHWEST OF STERLING. THIS STORM   
  WAS MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH.
