NORTHEASTERN LINCOLN COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL COLORADO * UNTIL 730 PM MDT * AT 653 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING A TORNADO 3 MILES EAST OF ARRIBA...OR ABOUT 25 MILES EAST OF LIMON. THIS STORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH. * LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO ARRIBA. TRAINED SPOTTERS REPORTED A LARGE TORNADO JUST NORTH OF ARRIBA AT 650 PM.
