  A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH A HISTORY OF PRODUCING A                
  TORNADO OVER SOUTHEASTERN MORTON COUNTY...OR ABOUT 25 MILES SOUTH  
  OF BISMARCK...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.
