  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 17 MILES
  SOUTHWEST OF RHAME...OR ABOUT 24 MILES SOUTHWEST OF BOWMAN...MOVING
  NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.
