CENTRAL ONONDAGA  COUNTY.

  SYRACUSE...NORTH SYRACUSE...LYNDON...LIVERPOOL...KIRKVILLE...EAST

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL

AT 521 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUED TO 
INDICATE AN AREA OF RAINFALL IN AND AROUND THE SYRACUSE AREA. THE 
RAIN IS DECREASING, HOWEVER THERE CONTINUE TO BE REPORTS OF FLOODING 
IN THE AREA. 

RAPID FLOODING LIKELY WILL OCCUR OVER MANY OF THE SMALL STREAMS AND
CREEKS CLOSE TO THE ABOVE MENTIONED LOCATIONS.
