* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WESTERN CHEMUNG COUNTY IN CENTRAL NEW YORK
  EASTERN STEUBEN COUNTY IN CENTRAL NEW YORK

* UNTIL 1130 PM EDT

* AT 830 PM EDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED ONGOING 
  FLASH FLOODING IN EASTERN STEUBEN AND WESTERN CHEMUNG COUNTIES.
  SOME ROADS REMAIN CLOSED DUE TO WASHOUTS OR WATER ON THE ROAD.
