THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN ALBANY HAS ISSUED A WIND
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM EST THIS AFTERNOON. 

STRONG SOUTHEAST WINDS HAVE DEVELOPED ACROSS BENNINGTON AND
WINDHAM COUNTIES...ESPECIALLY IN THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS. SUSTAINED
WINDS WILL RANGE FROM 25 TO 35 MPH AT TIMES...WITH GUSTS OF 45 TO
55 MPH. WIND SPEEDS WILL DECREASE DURING THE AFTERNOON.

A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT WINDS WILL BE STRONG ENOUGH TO MAKE
