* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  ULSTER COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL NEW YORK

* UNTIL 1015 PM EDT

* AT 702 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  FLASH FLOODING FROM A THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WARNED AREA. RADAR     
  ESTIMATED 5 TO 6 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS CENTRAL          
  ULSTER COUNTY. BEAVERDAM CREEK...ROCHESTER CREEK...ESOPUS CREEK    
  AND THE VLY BROOK ARE BEING AFFECTED BY THE HEAVY RAINFALL.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO OLIVEBRIDGE
  AND WEST SHOKAN.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
