* AT 7 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM A THUNDERSTORM OVER NORTH CENTRAL SANDOVAL
  COUNTY...OR ABOUT 10 MILES NORTHWEST OF CUBA. THE STORM PRODUCING
  VERY HEAVY RAIN WAS MOVING TO THE NORTH/NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.

DO NOT DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. MANY FLASH
