* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EASTERN SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST CALIFORNIA THIS         
  INCLUDES THE CITIES OF...YUCCA VALLEY...TWENTYNINE PALMS

* UNTIL 645 PM PST

* AT 1232 PM PST...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED FLOODING 
OVER SEVERAL ROADWAYS IN THE MORONGO BASIN AREA DUE TO HEAVY RAIN.

FLOODING OF ROADWAYS AND LOW LYING AREAS CAN BE EXPECTED INTO THE 
EARLY EVENING HOURS ACROSS MUCH OF CENTRAL AND EASTERN SAN 
BERNARDINO COUNTY.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
