  FLASH FLOODING FROM THUNDERSTORMS ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 28
  MILES SOUTHWEST OF COLORADO CITY TO 35 MILES SOUTH OF PIPE
  SPRING NATIONAL MONUMENT...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15-20 MPH.

* THE STORMS PRODUCING FLASH FLOODING WILL OTHERWISE REMAIN OVER
  MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF THE INDICATED COUNTY.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF WASHES 
AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...AND CANYONS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
