* AT 306 PM MST...A TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTER REPORTED FLASH FLOODING
  FROM A THUNDERSTORM IN NORTHERN KINGMAN. THE STORM HAS BEEN NEARLY
  STATIONARY AND IS ALSO PRODUCING SMALL HAIL.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
