THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TUCSON HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHEASTERN SANTA CRUZ COUNTY IN ARIZONA
    THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF NOGALES

* UNTIL 245 AM MST

* AT 1240 AM MST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A CLUSTER OF 
  THUNDERSTORMS AROUND NOGALES AND SOUTH OF THE INTERNATIONAL BORDER. THESE
  STORMS WERE PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WHICH WILL LEAD TO STREET AND
  WASH FLOODING BY 245 AM MST. THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL HAS BEEN SOUTH OF THE
  U.S. BORDER WHICH WILL LIKELY CAUSE FLOODING OF WASHES AND SMALL CREEKS 
  FOLLOWING NORTH OUT OF MEXICO.
