* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHEASTERN GRAHAM COUNTY IN ARIZONA
    THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF SAFFORD

* UNTIL 500 PM MST

* AT 255 PM MST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF 
  STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN DEVELOPING ALONG HIGHWAY
  70 NEAR FORT THOMAS AND PIMA WITH A SEPARATE STORM DEVELOPING OVER
  THE FRYE CANYON AREA ON THE NORTHEAST SLOPE OF THE PINALINOS 12
  MILES SOUTHWEST OF SAFFORD. MOVEMENT IS TO SOUTHEAST AT 5 MPH.

SMALL STREAMS...SECONDARY ROADS...AND NORMALLY DRY WASHES WILL FLOOD
QUICKLY. DO NOT DRIVE INTO FLOODED AREAS. THE HEAVY RAINS COULD ALSO
TRIGGER ROCK AND MUDSLIDES IN STEEP TERRAIN.
