THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TUCSON HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHWESTERN COCHISE COUNTY IN ARIZONA
    THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF SIERRA VISTA

* UNTIL 640 PM MST

* AT 507 PM MST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER THE HUACHUCA
  MOUNTAINS...OR ABOUT 5 MILES SOUTHWEST OF SIERRA VISTA.  
  THE AREA OF HEAVY RAIN WAS NEARLY STATIONARY.

THE HEAVY RAINFALL WILL DRAIN OUT OF THE HUACHUCA MOUNTAINS INTO 
THE GARDEN CANYON...RAMSEY CANYON AND MILLER CANYON BASINS. RADAR 
ESTIMATES OF UP TO 3 INCHES OF RAINFALL HAS FALLEN IN THE PAST 
HOUR OVER THE HUACHUCA MOUNTAINS.

SMALL STREAMS...SECONDARY ROADS...AND NORMALLY DRY WASHES WILL FLOOD
QUICKLY. DO NOT DRIVE INTO FLOODED AREAS.
