THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TUCSON HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CENTRAL GRAHAM COUNTY IN ARIZONA
    THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF PIMA AND THATCHER

* UNTIL 330 PM MST

* AT 1223 PM MST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY     
   HEAVY RAIN OVER THE FIRE BURN AREAS ON MT GRAHAM OR 10 MILES      
   SOUTHWEST OF SAFFORD.  THE STORM OVER MT GRAHAM IS NEARLY          
   STATIONARY. RADAR INDICATED 2 TO 3 INCHES OVER AN HOUR FALLING 
   OVER THE BURN AREAS WHICH INCLUDE THE FRYE AND COTTONWOOD WASHES.
   

MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN VEHICLES. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS
FLOWING WATER...EVEN A SMALL ONE...ON FOOT. DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN TO
